Current Personal Records:

405lb Squat
215lb Bench
465lb Deadlift

“My athletic career started back in high school, where I was an all-state track & field athlete in the pole vault and long jump. I was also on the swim & dive team and competed at the state level for both swimming and diving. After high school graduation, I trained and competed in olympic-distance triathlons for 2 years. Upon transferring to Grand Valley State University, I joined and raced with the GV Rowing Club where I was able to embrace the opportunity of competing in the Henley Royal Regatta, one of the most prestigious rowing regattas in the world held in the UK. After graduating from college, I signed up for a membership at a gym and got situated with a personal trainer, where I then got introduced to the sport of powerlifting and competed for the first time here in Grand Rapids in 2018.

I am also a personal trainer and online fitness & nutrition coach. That has been my primary occupation since 2021 and I absolutely love improving people’s lives through fitness, specifically strength training. My background of anorexic habits from my teenage years now has transformed completely as a professional athlete that is eating to fuel my body for sports performance. I teach people the essentials of lifting, as well as the importance of utilizing food as fuel because food does not need to be our enemy. I love seeing people bloom with their health and confidence in themselves through strength training. Some other fun facts about me is I am a dog mom of two dogs, I love camping & hiking, beach time at Lake Michigan, and traveling”
